Facilities are open to the public from 7am to 8 pm during events. Additional hours need to be scheduled prior to the event and additional charges may apply.

Rental prices include cleaning of facilities prior to use, with restrooms stocked with supplies. Arenas will be worked prior to the start of each event day. Additional workings during the day need to be scheduled prior to the event if possible.

An ETRC staff member will be on call from 7am until 8pm daily during the event if additional arena maintenance or facility assistance is needed.

For those renting stalls; all bedding, feed and water buckets need to be supplied by horse owner. Proof of a negative Coggins test and health certificate are needed for horses to be stalled. Disposal and stall cleaning equipment are available onsite.

All vendors need proof of liability insurance (minimum $1million coverage)
